Family Backlog

Privacy Policy

Last updated October 10, 2026

Family Backlog ("we") is made by Luklalogic. This policy explains what the Family Backlog app collects, why, and the choices you have. We don't sell your data, show ads, or track you across other apps or websites.

What we collect

What stays on your phone

How we use it

Only to run the app: sign you in, keep your household in sync across your family's devices, send sign-in codes and the notifications you turn on, and provide Plus. Your household's content is visible to the members of that household.

Who processes it

We use these providers to run the service, under their own privacy and security terms: Supabase (database, sign-in, file storage; United States), PowerSync (syncing), Resend (sign-in emails), Apple (Sign in with Apple, push notifications, in-app purchases), and RevenueCat (subscription status). We don't share your data with anyone else, except if required by law.

Keeping and deleting your data

You can delete your account in the app at any time (Household › Account › Delete account). This deletes your profile, sign-in and device tokens and removes you from your households. Items you added to a household that others still use stay with that household so the family doesn't lose its list; a household with no members left is deleted, including its photos. Deleted photos are removed from storage within a day.

Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections and protected so that only members of a household can read it.

Children

Family Backlog is for people 13 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13; if you believe a child has signed up, contact us and we'll delete the account.

Your rights

You can see and change your information in the app, delete your account, or contact us to ask for a copy of your data or for help: support@luklalogic.ai.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update this page and the date above, and tell you in the app for significant changes.
