These terms apply to the Family Backlog app, made by Luklalogic. By using the app you agree to them.
Your account
You must be 13 or older. Keep your sign-in secure; you're responsible for activity in your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app.
Your household and content
You own what you add. You give us permission to store and sync it so the app works for you and the members of your households. Don't add content that is illegal, or that you don't have the right to share. Members of a household can see and edit its items; household owners can remove members.
Family Backlog Plus
Plus is an optional auto-renewing subscription for the whole household, billed to the Apple Account of the person who subscribes. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Apple's standard terms
The app is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, together with these terms.
The service
We work to keep Family Backlog available and your data safe, but the app is provided "as is", without warranties, and to the extent allowed by law we aren't liable for indirect or incidental losses. We may update or discontinue features; if we ever shut the service down we'll give you notice and a way to get your data.
Changes
We may update these terms; we'll post the new version here with its date. Continuing to use the app means you accept them.
